Responsibilities:
Maintain full set of accounts.
Manage the preparation and maintenance of a variety of financial records and reports, including those related to the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgets, and fixed assets.
Fulfill corporate taxation requirements and assist in the review of SST treatment and implications arising from various business transactions.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and secretarial.
Be involved and support company activities and events.
Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as required to provide management with timely financial reports, analysis, and information for decision-making.
Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess LCCI, Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Good command of written & spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is an added advantage.
Preferably experience in the construction and property industry.
Minimum 8 years' working experience in a related field.
Computer literate (Microsoft Excel & Word and accounting software).
Strong analytical, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving.
Independent and able to work under pressure to meet timelines.
1 position in Johor Bahru & 1 position in Kuala Lumpur.
Priority to be given to candidates who could start work immediately.
