Key Responsibilities:
-Financial Accounting: Manage the full spectrum of financial accounting for group companies.
-Month-end Closing: Drive accurate and timely month-end closing and preparation of Balance Sheet schedules.
-Inter-Company Transactions: Handle intercompany billings, settlements, and reconciliation.
-Fixed Assets Management: Oversee the management of the company's fixed assets.
-Foreign Exchange: Perform monthly foreign exchange revaluation and analysis.
-Data Analysis: Investigate and document reasons for variances to provide context for management.
-Cash Management: Oversee cash management and develop strategies to control costs.
-Liaison: Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, company registrars from various countries.
-Company Incorporation: Assist with the incorporation of new companies in different jurisdictions.
-Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with various ad hoc tasks from time to time.

-Proficiency in spreadsheets - Ms.Excel
-Knowledge and experience in AutoCount or any cloud accounting system will be an added advantage
-Knowledge of foreign exchange and inter-company transactions is a plus.
-Ability to multi-task and work under a dynamic and challenging environment.
