Your new roleIdentify, lead, and implement process standardizations and optimizations, streamlining practices to enhance the quality and speed of closing processes while maximizing operational efficiency.
Oversee credit management to ensure timely debt collection and align Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) with company goals.
Ensure accounts receivable processes adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and local statutory requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls, and contribute to preparing treasury-related reports and analyses for management discussions or presentations.
Manage cash operations, including bank reconciliations, cash positioning, and fund transfers.
What you'll need to succeedBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics or Professional qualification (e.g. ICEAW/ACCA/CIMA/MICPA) or equivalent.
At least 6-7 years relevant working experience.
A driven attitude.
Leadership skills to lead a team.
