Take ownership for repetitive tasks currently dispersed across the FP&A organization, putting in place the right discipline for time execution and delivery in accordance with deadlines Drive standardization of processes and reporting, including automation and enhancing the quality of information to stakeholders Coordinate global processes from a regional perspective, such as allocations.
Own and improve the quality of core financial data, to executive level reporting and decision making Engage with and influence senior stakeholders to deliver change, including Corporate and Regional CFOs Participate in strategic projects & initiatives Develop an understanding of Marsh McLennan systems, technology and tools.
To advance the use of relevant BI reporting systems such as Power BI and Qlik.
