ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Financial Planning and Analysis
Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Provide insightful recommendations to optimize financial performance
 
2.Risk Management
Identify and assess financial risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies
Implement risk management policies to safeguard the financial health of the organization.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes that may impact financial stability.
 
3.Financial Report
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Communicate financial results to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
4.Cash Flow Management
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and support operational needs.
Optimize working capital and liaise with various departments to improve cash conversion cycles.
5.Cost Control and Efficiency
Implement cost control measures to enhance operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
 
6. Financial Systems Management
Oversee financial systems and tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with IT teams to enhance and optimize financial software solutions.
 
7.Compliance and Auditing
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, standards, and laws.
Coordinate external audits and manage the implementation of audit recommendations.
Other;
Support the management in any business project, initiative and other duties assigned.
Provide general office and administration work support as of when required.
2 Understanding regulations governing the operation of LMWs, including record-keeping and reporting requirements to customs.
JOB EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
1.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field .
2.Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA)
3.Proven experience in financial management role, preferably in a complex organization.
4.Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
5.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
6.Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
7.Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
8.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
