Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities 1.    Finance
1.1  Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information
a.    Reporting to management and stakeholders
-       Predicting future financial trends
-       Providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.
-       Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
b.    Producing, reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
c.    Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk
d.    Design and set up fund financial structure
e.    Liaise with Auditors, Company Secretary, Tax Agent, Investors and Bank.
1.2  Responsible for the accuracy, timeliness and recording of all financing process and exchange rate calculations.
2.    Compliance
a.    Study and Research on the overseas country tax and companies act, provide real-time advice/guidance on new projects, compliance and regulatory related matters. 
Requirements 1.    Graduated with professional qualification in ACCA.
2.    Minimum 3 years of working experience in the audit firm is required for this position, MIA member will be an added advantage.
3.    Involvement in corporate exercise (Pre-IPO, join venture) will be an added advantage.
4.    Excellent command in spoken and written English and CN, fluency in Mandarin.
5.    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CN word processing.
6.    High level of integrity with strong desire for success and entrepreneurial spirit.
7.    Led department improvement/ transformation initiatives.
8.    High level of discipline with positive attitude.
9.  Able to work independently and under pressure.
10.   Comfortable with operating in a diverse team.
