Finance Manager

Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts, statutory accounts and oversee all related accounting functions.
Prepare monthly management report, cash flow management, forecast and budgeting.
Review and analyze monthly management accounts & expenses.
Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretary, etc.
Prompt submission of monthly periodical & ad hoc reports.
Prepare yearly accounting and present to external auditors.
Supervise the updating of Account Receivable, Account Payable and other subsidiary ledgers.
Perform bank account reconciliation, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow reports, and advise management on foreseeable cash flow requirements.
Conduct monthly trade debtors and creditors reconciliations.
Complete monthly company tax and deferred tax computations.
Handle any ad hoc assignments assigned by the Company from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a minimum Degree in Accounting and/or professional accounting qualification(s).
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the property development industry with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience is required.
Experience in liaising with the Ministry of Housing is an added advantage.
Competent in Microsoft Excel & Word.
Accounting & Finance exposure in the overseas property development industry is an added advantage.
Ability to work on feasibility studies, budgets, and cash flow projections independently.
Working knowledge of computerized accounting software such as SQL and SAP is a must.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
