Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent is an advantage).
· 7+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
· Strong understanding of financial principles, cost accounting, and manufacturing processes.
· Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
· Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
· High level of integrity and commitment to ethical practices.
