Finance Manager

Details of the offer

1.
       Financial Planning and Analysis: o    Develop and manage financial budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
o    Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
o    Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
2.
       Cost Management: o    Analyze manufacturing costs, including labor, materials, and overhead, to identify cost-saving opportunities.
o    Partner with production teams to optimize cost efficiencies without compromising quality.
o    Ensure accurate calculation and management of standard costing.
3.
       Accounting and Compliance: o    Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
o    Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
o    Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
4.
       Cash Flow and Treasury Management: o    Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
o    Optimize working capital and manage banking relationships.
o    Oversee debt management and capital expenditure planning.
5.
       Strategic Leadership: o    Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
o    Evaluate investment opportunities and assess financial risks.
o    Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems.
6.
       Team Leadership: o    Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve high performance.
o    Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration within the finance department.
Requirements ·         Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent is an advantage).
·         7+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
·         Strong understanding of financial principles, cost accounting, and manufacturing processes.
·         Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
·         Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
·         Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
·         High level of integrity and commitment to ethical practices.

·         Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing financial drivers.
