Financial Reporting and Compliance:Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly management reports for 5 entities (SG, MY, AUS, VIET, and KSA) and consolidated accounts.
Oversee quarterly audits of accounts for all offices.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.Cash Flow Management:Monitor and manage cash flow across all entities to ensure financial stability.
Implement strategies to optimize liquidity and meet operational needs.Intercompany Billing:Oversee intercompany transactions and ensure timely and accurate billing between entities.
Reconcile intercompany accounts and address discrepancies effectively.Tax and Regulatory Knowledge:Leverage knowledge of taxes in operational countries to optimize reporting and compliance.
Coordinate with external advisors on tax planning and regulatory matters as needed.Financial Planning & Analysis
Bursa ReportingQualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred).
Experience:Minimum 5 years of international experience with MNCs or trading companies.
Background with Big 4 firms is highly advantageous.Skills:Strong understanding of international financial reporting standards and taxation in operational countries.
Experience in full-cycle accounting.
Proficient in financial consolidation and management reporting.
Effective communicator, comfortable working with diverse teams.
