Finance Manager - Kl Eco City

Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Maintaining the financial health of the organization.Advising on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should takeEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards.Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Manage the audit process and liaise with external auditors.Implement financial controls and processes to mitigate risk and enhance efficiency.Work closely with department heads to support business decision-making.Monitor cash flow and manage company's treasury functions.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate tax filings.Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.Provide financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business growth.Requirements:-  ACCA qualification.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably within logistic industry.Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards and tax regulations.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
