Finance System Lead / Senior Analyst (SAP FICO)Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)
Work with stakeholders to understand needs and propose BPR solutions.
Lead BPR implementation, including system design, testing, data migration, and release management.
Collaborate with IT teams to support end-to-end processes, especially in finance and indirect procurement.
System Maintenance :
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Manage vendor resources and oversee critical processes (e.g., month-end close, payment processing).
Provide system support and training to users, improving efficiency and user satisfaction.Project Management :
Lead project scoping, planning, and management activities (e.g., issue, schedule, and resource management).
Oversee project phases: design, testing, deployment, and training.
Ensure smooth project releases by managing documentation, migration steps, and supporting go-live tasks.Job Requirements
Basic knowledge of SAP FICO modules.
Proficient in the latest technologies in the relevant domain.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Degree in Management, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
Strong collaboration skills between business and IT teams.
Excellent communication, responsibility, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently.
Experience with finance SaaS platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Concur).
