DescriptionBusiness Process Analyze:Work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
Understand the pain points and organization initiatives to make business process remodel (BPR) proposals.
Lead the implementation of BPR including but not limited to prepare BPR resources, Technical design /Function design of systems, hands on system changes, testing, UAT support, data migration, documentations, release management, etc.
Service as communication conduits and collaborate with other IT members to support end to end processes that is not limited in Finance/indirect procurement.
System Maintenance:System Issue analyze and resolve for responsible systems.
Hypercare of key processes such as Month-end close, Payment process, etc.
Support the end of end process running on target systems by guiding key user/end user's day to day operation, improve their knowledge and understanding of systems, and conduct training activities when needed.
Continue improvement of maintenance process in terms of annual cost, efficiency, user satisfactory, major issue quantity, and other criteria as service level to our business.
Project Management:Project scoping & planning.
Project management activities including but not limited to: issue management, schedule management, resource & cost management, deliverable management, stakeholder management, etc.
Project design phase: lead the design of process, roles, and migration method, etc.
Project implement & Testing phase: lead the function design, technical design, system deployment, unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, performance testing, etc.
Project release phase: lead the training of key users, prepare release related documentation, hypercare structures, migration steps.
Conduct the release & migration tasks and lead any other tasks that make sure the project go live smoothly.
ProfileMandatory Skills:Demonstrate basic SAP application knowledge in FICO modules.
Be abreast of the latest technologies and technological opportunities within the specific domain/area of expertise.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Management/ Accounting /Computing/Information Technology or its equivalent.
Sense of collaboration across different specialties/teams to achieve common business goals (Especially between business and IT).
Outgoing, good communication, rigorous and responsible.
Self-motivated, independent, able to plan and execute to achieve perfection.
Ability to logically infer and solve technical problems.
Quality and cost driven.
Nice to Have:Experience with market leading finance front end SaaS like Ariba, Coupa, Concur, etc.
will be preferred.
Experience with automation technologies such as RPA will be preferred.
