Finance Transformation Manager

You'll be involved in driving the transformation of the finance department to ensure that they can be more effective, business partner with stakeholders to meet the project timeline.

Description
Involved in driving the improvements for Finance Operations and transformation as a project lead Drill into current performance, workflow, and process related gaps to increase the efficiency and identify improvement opportunities Manage the project execution, recommendation, and measuring performance of new implemented workflow and reiterate process for continual refinement Develop strong stakeholder management relationship across the company to identify the future efficiency's manage the supplier performance, drive result for internal and external on the quality Responsible for contract management including internal control, compliance, monitor renewal of contracts and also drive conversations between the stakeholders Plan and conduct regular business review and executive meetings Pro-actively identify the gaps and detect potential risk in ensuring the maintenance of high performance Any additional task as and when required Profile
Degree in Finance and Accounting Minimum 8 years of Finance Operations experience and led process improvement projects Demonstrated success in driving improvement and have an eye for operational transformation Passionate about driving business improvements with strong stakeholder management Ability to influence, and drive change for the business Organised and effective communicator Project Management Professional (PMP) will be added advantage Experience with Lean Six Sigma will be added advantage Job Offer
