Pihak kami mengutamakan calon yang mempunyai pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya dua (2) tiga (3) tahun dan mempunyai sijil Diploma atau Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang berkaitan pengurusan bangunan dan berkaitan.

Your duties as the Building Executive of any building(s) to be assigned by the
Directors, where your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Oversee and lead the operation of the Management Office, management and maintenance of the building and its common property.Have a good understanding of newly enforced Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757).Uphold a good personal image and conduct.To monitor and assess performance of all contractors and service providers, including reviewing their contract agreements.To ensure SOP protocols and job scope are well adhered by all service
providers.
6) Work with Accounts department in preparing and monitoring the building
maintenance budget.
7) To ensure that residentsâ complaint matters shall be handled in a
professional and polite manner.
8) To conduct regular monthly or bi-monthly JMB/JMB / MC committee meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
9) To support the Committee Members of the JMB/JJMB / MC/JMB / MC of the
Building assigned to you in their meeting needs, and to advise and assist them in decision making to the best of your knowledge and experience.
10) To prepare and conduct Annual General Meeting (AGM) or Extraordinary
General Meeting (EGM).
11) Maintain good relationship with Joint Management Bodies (JMB) and
Management Corporations (JMB / MC).
12) As an employee, you will be included in all Headquarters and site related
WhatsApp group for easy communication and if there is a query addressed to
you, then you are required to acknowledge and respond immediately or
appropriate timely manner.
13) To liaise closely with Commissioner of Building (COB), local authorities
and relevant departments whenever required.
14) To maintain good filing of documentations, proper record of licensesâ
validity and renewal.
15) To ensure proper maintenance are implemented.
16) To ensure the Fees of GKPM payment is promptly prepared and released by the Clients.
17) Other relevant duties required pertaining to management and maintenance of the building given by GKPM and its Directors.
