Randstad is proud to announce our collaboration with a SSC to identify the right talent to support the business' finance activities.
We are currently looking for a Senior FP&A, who will report to the FP&A Director to support regional budget and forecast activities.
About the Job
Produce Performance Management reporting and presentations for use by several teams.
Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of all routine & non-routine performance reporting across the Group.
Lead planning processes including projection and budgeting.
Manage the forecast & budgeting processes by collaborating with all relevant stakeholders.
Lead target setting processes and provide insights for commercial teams.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required.
Support FP&A enablement team on data integrity and monthly system reconciliations, escalating issues as they arise.
It'll be Good If You Are
Experienced in a shared services environment and willing to work afternoon - night shift.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
A strong communicator, comfortable building relationships with all stakeholders.
Experienced with both SAP and Power BI (highly preferred).
Proficient in advanced Excel skills.
Looking for a hybrid working environment with more flexibility.
