Financial Planning And Analysis (Fp&A) Executive

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) ExecutiveDevelop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, Discounted Cash Flow and other long-term financial models.
Analyze current and past financial/operational data and performance to make recommendations and provide insights into financial health of the company.
Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators.
Evaluate the financial impact of business decisions and propose recommendations to senior leadership.
Evaluate market forecast & long-term trends, and collect competitive intelligence.
Close collaboration with finance and other departmental leaders to optimize business performance and planning.
Assist Finance Manager on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements & Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience.
1 - 3 years' financial analysis, budgeting and financial modeling experience.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel.
Analytical mindset with ability to present data in a structured and informative way.
Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to details.
