Main Duties:**Financial Assistant Work Duties**:Accurately enter/checking financial data related to Amt, VAT/GST/SST and Tax into systems.Update financial spreadsheets / system with daily transactionsUpdate / Record / Invoice accounts payable and accounts receivableProvide administrative support during Forecast, Budget preparationTracking and documenting raw financial dataMaintain, Update and Report financial information**Reconciliation**:Track and Reconcile Sale,Cost, Expense, ClaimTrack and Reconcile Cash & Bank BalanceAssist in reconciling VAT/GST accounts and resolving discrepancies.**Tax Compliance**:Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.Check & Ensure Tax compliance on Export and Import GlobalCheck & Ensure Corporation Tax Flow & Payment on time**Filling & Documentation**:Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all tax-related documents.**Reporting**: Generate and prepare regular tax and VAT/GST/SST reports for management.**Compliance Monitoring**: Monitor changes in tax legislation and ensure the company's practices remain compliant.**Assist VAT/GST/TAX Returns Preparation**: Compile and submit VAT/GST/TAX returns accurately and on time.**Assist Filing and Submissions**:Handle electronic filing and submissions to tax authorities.**Support Audits**: Participate in annual audits by providing support during internal and external audits related to Amt, VAT/GST and Tax.**Skills**:**Attention to Detail**:High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.**Numerical Proficiency**: Strong numerical and analytical skills.**Communication**:Effective verbal and written communication skills.**Time Management**: Excellent organizational and time management skills.**Technical Skills**:Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., LARK, SQL, AutoCount) and MS Office (Excel, Word).**Problem-Solving**:Ability to identify and resolve tax-related issues effectively.**Teamwork**: Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues as needed.Experience Requirements:**Education**:Certificate / Bachelor's degree or Working Experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field.**Experience**:At least 1-3 years experience working in an tax, finance, account, audit role, with focus on VAT/GST and Tax related is advantage.Able and experience working in an office independently.Experience with tax return preparation and submission.Familiarity with tax compliance processes and regulations.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
