Fit Out Executive (Tenancy) At Genting Malaysia Berhad

Our client "?Genting Malaysia Berhad" is seeking a Fit Out Executive (Tenancy)  to  join their company!   What you'll be doing? To involve with leasing on initial planning and provisions required for potential tenants. To coordinate with project team on site handover with acceptable standard & provision required. To work with project & operation team on fit out rules & regulations for tenant's fit out. To work with consultants to solve tenant's design & technical issues 
  Who?are?they?looking?for? At least 2 years experiences in retail fit-out or equivalent. Minimum post graduates diploma or professional degree in architecture, interior design or equivalent. Exposure to current design trends preferably in retails or commercial design. Proficient in design software and tools. Competent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to manage several designs & fit-out projects simultaneously. Good interpersonal skills and demonstrate ability to work as a team. Willing to base at Resorts World Genting, Pahang.
