Job Summary: Seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our reception area, apparel outlet, and dance and piano class scheduling. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for customers, managing retail sales, and coordinating class schedules. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Job Scopes Reception Management Greet and assist customers as they enter the studioAnswer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiriesManage appointment bookings and provide information about services and classes Apparel Outlet Management Oversee the daily operations of the apparel outlet, including inventory management and salesEnsure the outlet is well-organized, clean, and stocked with the latest merchandiseAssist customers with product selection and purchases Dance, Piano and Childrens centre Scheduling Coordinate and manage the scheduling of dance, piano and childrens centre classesCommunicate with instructors and students to confirm class times and any changesMaintain accurate records of class schedules and attendance Customer Check-In and Check-Out Facilitate the check-in and check-out process for customers attending classes and sessionsEnsure all necessary paperwork and payments are completed accuratelyAddress any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally Administrative Duties Maintain customer records and update databases as neededPrepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on studio operationsAssist with marketing and promotional activities as required Job Requirement Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or retail management roleStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling softwareAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsPassion for dance, music, and fitness is a plus Key Competencies Customer Service: Ability to provide high-quality service and support to customersLeadership: Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve studio goalsProblem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address and resolve issues effectivelyAttention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in scheduling, inventory management, and customer recordsFlexibility: Adaptability to handle the dynamic nature of studio operations and schedules
