Hr Executive (Chinese Speaking)

JobResponsibilities: • Handle theadministration of HR processes including recruitmentprocess
• Resolve communication issues, supporta positive work environment, arrange and streamline employeeworkflows.
• Support in handling employeedisciplinary and performance management and ensure adherence tocompany and HR policies.
• Organize officeevents, training sessions and professional development programs foremployees.
• Support payroll processing andupdate to system (e.g. EPF, SOCSO,EIS, LHDN, HRDF)
• Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and handle routinematters with government departments.
• Handlegeneral administration duties and support to the variousdepartments (e.g. preparing invoices, filing)
Job Requirements: • Minimum Certificate/Diploma in any field
• At least 2 years of experience in HR and administrativeroles.
• Familiar with HR software and laborlaws.
• Strong communication and organizationalskills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word,Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to write &speak in Mandarin, English & Malay and proficient in spokenMandarin is an added advantage
