The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for customers, managing retail sales, and coordinating class schedules.
This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Job Scopes Reception Management Greet and assist customers as they enter the studio Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries Manage appointment bookings and provide information about services and classes Apparel Outlet Management Oversee the daily operations of the apparel outlet, including inventory management and sales Ensure the outlet is well-organized, clean, and stocked with the latest merchandise Assist customers with product selection and purchases Dance, Piano and Childrens centre Scheduling Coordinate and manage the scheduling of dance, piano and childrens centre classes Communicate with instructors and students to confirm class times and any changes Maintain accurate records of class schedules and attendance Customer Check-In and Check-Out Facilitate the check-in and check-out process for customers attending classes and sessions Ensure all necessary paperwork and payments are completed accurately Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally Administrative Duties Maintain customer records and update databases as needed Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on studio operations Assist with marketing and promotional activities as required Job Requirement Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or retail management role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Passion for dance, music, and fitness is a plus Key Competencies Customer Service: Ability to provide high-quality service and support to customers Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve studio goals Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address and resolve issues effectively Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in scheduling, inventory management, and customer records Flexibility: Adaptability to handle the dynamic nature of studio operations and schedules
