Food Chemist

REQUIREMENT 1) DEGREE IN CHEMISTRY OR ANY SPECIALISED ASSOCIATED WITH CHEMISTRY 2) A MEMBER OF MALAYSIA INSTITUTE OF CHEMISTRY (IKM) 3) MINIMUM ONE YERA IN ANALATYTICAL LABORATORY EXPERIENCE JOB DESCRIPTION - Perform instruments and non- instruments analysis using test method. - Conduct and supervise the testing of Finished Goods / Intermediate / Raw Materials. - In charge of all process inspection & testing during in process and finished products, and coordinate - with production and technical department to minimize product non-conformances - Responsible for troubleshooting quality assurance related issues and to provide recommendations for rectification. - Monitor and ensure the consistency of the product quality. - Update, record and filing and QC data entry into computer system accordingly. - Assist superior in calibration management system for all measuring equipment in the QC Laboratory. - Maintain finished products retained samples. - Assist in preparing in-house Raw Material COA. - Report to superior any non-conformance which will have consequential effects on product quality. - Perform analyses test. - Assist in stability studies program for all the products. - Responsible for checking all reports, certificate of analysis and ensuring that all the documents and reports are checked, filed and kept for easy retrieval. - Maintain good housekeeping of laboratory. - Execute other duties requested by the management from time to time.Pan Asian Dairies Sdn Bhd is a manufacturing company located in a modern technology park, Sendayan Techvalley, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
