Role Overview: The role is responsible for driving the Company's B2B sales by identifying potential customers, building relationships and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting Identify potential B2B customers through research, networking and market analysis.
Diligently reaching out to and following up with potential customers to promote the Company's products Sales Strategy Development Provide support in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve the Company's revenue target.
Client Relationship Build and maintain strong client relationships with existing and potential customers.
To understand the clients' baking ingredient needs and where possible, customize solutions to meet their needs.
Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Negotiation and Closing Promptly closing deals efficiently to ensure all terms meet both client and Company's expectations.
Sales Reporting Track sales activities and update performance metrics.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Provide feedback to the Company on customer and industry trends, competitor landscape and market movements.
Collaboration Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer fulfilment and positive experience.
Requirements Sales Expertise: Driven with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
