About the JobWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our client company in the logistic industry at Klang, Selangor. Our client company, established in 2002, is a well-regarded logistics company and specializes in providing reliable, efficient, and cost-effective logistics solutions, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Job Responsibilities Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and learning & development. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with company goals and regulatory requirements. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and provide guidance on employment law and HR-related issues. Support the management team in driving employee engagement, retention strategies, and talent development programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations. Manage HR documentation, employee records, and HR reporting. Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and support the recruitment process.Qualifications & Experiences Needed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, with at least 2 years in a senior position. Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Proven experience in managing HR projects and initiatives.
