Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all customs clearance processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
Engage directly with customs authorities, customers, and internal teams to provide real-time updates and respond to enquiries.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all customs-related activities, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Apply KEK certification knowledge to streamline customs procedures and resolve any clearance issues.
Identify and address any issues that may arise during the clearance process, mitigating risks to maintain supply chain efficiency.
Stay informed about changes in customs regulations and update procedures accordingly to ensure continued compliance.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a KEK certification (Custom Agent Course).
Must have KEK sea customs clearance experience in the automotive industry.
Excellent experience in the Customs Import Clearance Process and knowledge of customs regulations.
Good communication and networking with customs officers.
Must be able to communicate effectively inMandarin,English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
(Mandarin is mandatory as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients)
5-days work week.
