We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels inspired, invested, cared for, valued, and have a strong sense of belonging.Job SummaryFinancial Planning Analyst – Projection, Planning and Month-End Close Reporting & AnalysisPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:As a financial analyst, you are required in preparation of:Maintain key components of Hyperion Planning application, including data loads to support annual planning and projection activitiesDevelop and manage standardized input & data collection templates to streamline the planning input process of online & offline bottoms-up datasetsConduct variance analysis of P&L, Headcount, Balance Sheet & Cashflow that transforms into financial information and business insights that aid in the business's decision- making processAnnual Planning activities & Quarterly Projection activities of assigned countries/business segments in APAC, including areas of revenue, margins, cost of sales, operating expenses, capital expenditures & headcount.Report on monthly financial performance against plan and/or projectionWork closely with Local FP&A, Regional FP&A and Business Partner to ensure delivery of insightful management reporting and analysisServe as a Hyperion SME to key stakeholders (Local FP&A, Regional FP&A, Business Partners, Other Functions)Continuous improvement projects in process/reports standardization of business financeAny ad-hoc reporting & analysis as required.This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all of the essential functions for purposes of the Americans with Disabilities Act.Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills and abilities)Proficient in English Language.
