Franchise Executive

Act as the primary point of contact between HQ and assigned franchisees.Oversee the franchise coordinator team and provide support.Ensure that all franchise stores comply with company standards, policies, procedures, and brand equity.Collaborate with internal departments for marketing, product, training, and visual merchandising.Conduct quarterly performance analysis and business reviews with franchisees.Identify and address retail operations issues for franchisees, ensuring compliance and supporting business development.Monitor delivery status and ensure ongoing payment collection.Prepare and generate sales orders.Provide advice and support for the day-to-day management of franchisees.To carry out Ad Hoc duties as and when requested by your superior and any other senior management member. Job Requirements At least Graduate Diploma in any related fields. At least 1-2 years of experience in handling franchise outlets.Possess own transport and a valid driving license.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in the franchising field as an asset. Sales experience as an asset. Problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict-resolution skills.Uses time productively, maximizes efficiency, and meets challenging work goals. Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles, and strives to improve skills and achieve goalsPassionate about using technology to streamline business processes. Startup experience a plus. Excellent time-management skills and detail-oriented.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
