In this role, you will be at the core of our support operations, assisting Roche employees with the Concur system—an essential tool for handling Travel & Expense processes. The Opportunity:Engage with users from Japan and English-speaking regions, addressing inquiries related to SAP Concur's Travel & Expense applications.
Guide users through Concur's tools and functionalities, ensuring they grasp T&E processes with ease.
Efficiently log and handle queries in our ticketing system, ensuring swift resolutions and maintaining service quality.
Adhere to performance targets, SLAs, and SOPs to provide outstanding service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, escalate complex issues to level-two support, and promote team performance.
Become a Concur expert, sharing product knowledge across teams, empowering users on expense reporting and compliance, and ensuring adherence to SOPs, regulations, and ethical standards.
Who you are:Hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience.
Recent graduates encouraged to apply based on enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn.
Proficient in English and Japanese, enabling effective communication with users across the APAC region.
Collaborative spirit with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with a talent for analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Preferred:Experience in call centers or T&E support is a plus, but passion and willingness to learn are equally valued.
Understanding of Travel & Expense processes, particularly with Concur, and proficiency in analytical and presentation tools.
Organizational prowess with strong prioritization skills and a dedication to meeting deadlines.
