About the roleBallotte Dance Academy is looking for a talented and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator / Receptionist to join our vibrant team in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome to our dance studio.
What you'll be doing
Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, providing excellent customer service
Schedule and coordinate dance class appointments and student registrations
Maintain accurate student records and class attendance
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Provide support to the dance instructors and studio management as needed
Ensure the reception area is well-organised and presentable at all times
What we're looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
No working experience needed but willing to learn
Able to work on weekends and night shift on weekdays
A passion for the arts and a love for the dance community
