Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role at Physio Fix in Miri, Sarawak. As the Front Desk Receptionist at our physiotherapy clinic, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every patient from the moment they walk through the door. You will play a key role in managing patient appointments, handling inquiries, maintaining office organisation, and supporting our physiotherapy and sports rehab team.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.) and experience with clinic management software (e.g. Cliniko) is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
