As a Barista/Waiter at Mokky's Pizza and Coffee, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer has a memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include;



-Greeting and Serving Guests: Provide exceptional service by welcoming customers, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks with a smile.


-Coffee and Beverage Preparation: Craft high-quality coffee and beverages according to our recipes and customer preferences.


-Maintaining a Clean Environment: Keep the dining area and workstations clean, organized, and safe.


-Handling Payments: Accurately manage transactions using our POS system.


-Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.


-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations.

-Passion for coffee and customer service.


-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


-Excellent communication skills.


-Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.


-Hands-on experience in cashier duties.


-Attention to cleanliness and safety.


-Patience and customer-oriented approach.


-Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
