Front Of House Staff

As a Front of House at Hanbing Korean Cafe, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your main responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and creating a pleasant atmosphere for customers. ; Requirements:- Key Responsibilities:



-Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit


-Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly


-Offer menu recommendations, including traditional Korean dishes and specialty drinks


-Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and serving areas


-Handle customer payments and ensure accurate transactions


-Communicate with the kitchen and team to ensure orders are prepared to the highest standard


-Respond to customer inquiries or concerns in a friendly and professional manner


-Assist with setting up and closing duties, ensuring the café is clean and ready for the next shift


Qualifications:



-Friendly, positive attitude with a strong passion for customer service


-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


-Team player who is eager to help out wherever needed


-Some experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus, but not required


-Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays or small amounts of weight


-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed


-Interest in Korean cuisine and culture is a plus!
