Front Office Assistant

The primary job responsibility of a front office assistant is to answer incoming calls, transfer calls to executives and greet and welcome people visiting the office.- Any person working as a front office assistant is also responsible for maintaining customer/client records and filing information into the customer system.- He/she is also responsible for organizing various important documents, papers and making copies whenever required.- A front office assistant is also responsible for managing the correspondence with employees, customers through text, voice mails and regular mail.- In the absence of senior executives, the front office assistant is responsible for greeting, welcoming and entertaining the clients and making sure that they are properly informed.Pay: From RM1,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Early shift- Evening shift- Night shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay
