Key Responsibilities:
The Front Office Runner at The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat serves as a Support Associate, supporting the Front Office Department in ensuring the seamless operations and administration of its functions.
Provide comprehensive support in department operations activities such as Front Office operations setup, vehicle management, operations coordination and movement, tour guide, welcoming ceremony, guest and clientele communications, luggage arrangement, and more.
Assist in administration including managing the Front Office in-house system, point-of-sale transactions, filing, and report generation.
Execute professional and ethical communication on every platform.
Maintain professional and ethical relationships between stakeholders, employer, colleagues, and third parties.
Support the department's financial aspects such as open-close cashiering and asset inventories.
Adapt to the modernization of systems and workflows according to industrial revolutions.
Perform professional and harmonious working relationships with stakeholders, employer, employees, and third parties.
Adhere to Occupational, Safety, and Health regulations ruled by the authorities and company regulations while performing duties.
Follow the rules, regulations, and policies set by the company in every aspect such as grooming standards and misconduct guidelines.
Perform any duties or responsibilities assigned by management as required, ensuring they are executed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Position Requirements:
5 working days a week with shift-type work schedules.
Certificate, Diploma, Degree (or above) in Hospitality.
Additional certifications such as Customer Service.
Fresh graduates or 1-year experience in a Front Office Runner role.
Experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Technology savvy.
Possess and maintain the required skills, knowledge, abilities, and certifications in accordance with applicable international or local standards, as mandated by relevant laws and regulations, and update them as necessary.#J-18808-Ljbffr
