Your responsibilities will include:-Greeting and Serving Guests: Provide exceptional service by welcoming customers, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks with a smile.-Coffee and Beverage Preparation: Craft high-quality coffee and beverages according to our recipes and customer preferences.-Maintaining a Clean Environment: Keep the dining area and workstations clean, organized, and safe.-Handling Payments: Accurately manage transactions using our POS system.-Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations.
