Responsibilities:Experienced in handling conveyancing matters (i.e.
direct purchase (SPA & Loan) from developers, Sub-sale with title and no title (SPA & Loan), Auction case, Perfection of Title, Perfection of Charge, Transfer of Properties, Discharge/Satisfaction of Charge/Deed of Receipt and Reassignment) and execution of complete process.
Optional - Experienced in banking files for retail, optional: SME and commercial banking (conventional and Islamic).
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks quickly in an efficient manner.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to liaise and communicate effectively with developers, bankers, lawyers and various government bodies.
Able to provide updates on files' statuses.
Able to start work immediately if possible (will be given priority).
Requirements:Well-organised, punctual, responsible, proactive, able to multitask, and attentive to details.
Meticulous and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
Fluent in BM and English (both speaking and writing).
No specific qualification is required.
