Fund Administrator

Key Responsibilities



-Conducting fund administration operations across multiple jurisdictions, including Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.


-Managing fund administration activities such as investor due diligence, transaction processing, capital calls, fund valuation, fund distribution, and other related activities.


-Maintaining shareholder registers and investor files.


-Liaising with internal stakeholders on fundraising, investments, finance, as well as external regulators for fund reporting.


-Coordinating with regulators to ensure strict compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.


-Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.

-Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Legal.


-At least 3-4 years of working experience.


-Excellent interpersonal skills.


-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay.


-Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.


-Highly organised and deadline-efficient.


-Experience in fund accounting/compliance will be an added advantage.
