Job Descriptions:
Manage bank accounts and arrange payments of the funds.
Manage fund operations, including forecasting and adjustments.
Prepare financial and data analysis reports.
Perform reconciliation of positions and investigate discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate settlement of payments.
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in a related field with experience in Fund Operations/Fund Management/Fund Administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Good knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
Able to commit to rotating shifts is a must.
Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Able to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced agile team.
Able to speakChinese and Englishfluently to communicate with global colleagues and stakeholders.
