General Accountant Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
• General Ledger Accounting: Assist in overseeing the GL accounting for three companies, ensuring the preparation of books of accounts in accordance with IFRS and handling remaining HWI processes.
• Audit Management: Drive statutory and tax audits to ensure their timely and accurate completion.
• Project Accounting: Focus on project accounting activities, particularly ensuring the proper recognition and reporting of Percentage of Completion (POC).
• Policy Documentation: Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and documentation for operational consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Reporting Support: Act as a backup for financial reporting to ensure timely delivery of reports during peak periods or absences.
• Internal Compliance: Complete internal templates and ensure adherence to internal control standards and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
5 years working experience as an Accountant Assistant Manager.
Proven experience in GL accounting and financial reporting, ideally within a multinational environment.
Strong understanding of IFRS and local accounting regulations in Indonesia.
Demonstrated expertise in statutory and tax audit processes.
Experience with project accounting, including POC methodology, is highly desirable.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
