We are expanding to other states and are seeking highly-motivated individuals to join us as General Admin Clerk. You will play an important role, such as ... Primary responsibility is process of invoices.Answer and direct telephone callsCommunicate with customers, and coordinate with the sales team.Assist in the preparation of regular schedule reports.Assist and support sales and marketing teams.Handle and organize office filing systems.Perform ad-hoc administrative task. Who are we looking for? Basic knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Words in particular).Able to communicate and write simple English and Bahasa Malaysia.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
