Responsibilities: Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and data entry.Assist in organizing and maintaining documents and records.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.Requirements: Proven experience as a clerk or in a similar role.Familiarity with office equipment and procedures (e.g., printers, scanners).Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
