About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Clerk to join our team at KIM YONG TRADING SDN. BHD. in Puchong, Selangor. As a General Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our administrative operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
What you'll be doing Performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and document processingHandling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mailProviding general administrative support to the broader team as neededMaintaining accurate records and ensuring the timely completion of tasksAssisting with the organisation and coordination of office activities and eventsContributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and proceduresWhat we're looking for Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all workProficient in using common office software, including Microsoft Office suiteExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a teamA proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a willingness to take initiativePrior experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred, but not mandatoryFresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be providedWhat we offer
