Job Responsibilities Lead the overall HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and enhance employee engagement. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while promoting fair and equitable treatment of all employees. Partner with senior management to identify organizational needs and develop solutions to drive business performance. Manage succession planning initiatives to ensure talent pipelines and organizational resilience. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Facilitate change management efforts and promote a positive work environment aligned with OCIM's values and mission. Lead and mentor HR teams, fostering their professional growth and development. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and best practices. Strong knowledge of HR regulations, labor laws, and employment standards. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and partner with all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in HR metrics and data analysis.
