Job Description Business Management: Liaise with headquarters to implement the company's management requirements and ensure the achievement of the annual business objectives for the Malaysia factory.
Factory Construction: Coordinate with Malaysian customs and government agencies to drive factory renovations and on-site construction.
Production Management: Establish and lead the operations and production teams for the Malaysia factory, ensuring the achievement of localized production goals.
Team Building: Build the core local team and manage the integration and collaboration between local and HQ employees.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in a related engineering field, with over 8 years of experience in the electromechanical manufacturing industry and at least 5 years in a General Manager role.
Strong knowledge of factory operations and management, with experience in production management, cost control, and quality management.
Proven experience in establishing a new electromechanical manufacturing factory from scratch, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
Must be of Malaysian-Chinese descent, fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
Strong communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with both headquarters and local government, with a systematic approach to work.
