Collaborate with related departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Resolve project issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
Uphold and enforce high standards of design & project quality.
Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure client satisfaction.
Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for projects and overall company operations.
Monitor financial performance, analyze reports, and make informed decisions to ensure profitability.
Implement cost-effective measures and resource optimization strategies.
Ensure the company complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Oversee contract negotiations and agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Job requirement: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of senior-level hands-on experience in project management, preferably the interior design, renovation, and retail industry.
Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
Proficient in project management and financial analysis.
Experience in successfully transforming SME operations into a systematic and structured environment.
