Kiztopia, the largest indoor children's playground in Singapore, is a successful start-up looking to expand its business into Malaysia. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy General Manager to oversee the operations of our indoor playgrounds in Malaysia. As the Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business within Malaysia. Your primary goals will include providing exceptional customer service, driving revenue growth, and maintaining a positive and engaging environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with the head office to establish the overall direction for the company within the region.
Formulates strategic goals and drives organizational growth which should be supported by forecasts, market research, and relevant reports and strategic planning.
Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue opportunities for business development and partnerships engagement.
Champions the Company's service excellence aspirations and fosters strategic relationships with stakeholders.
Responsible for driving the Company's financial, innovation and productivity strategies.
Manage the Company's budget, monitoring revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Implement cost-control measures to maximize operational efficiency and minimize waste.
Recruit, hire, and train a competent team of both backend and frontline staff to deliver high-quality work and maintain high standards across all operations.
Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure staff productivity and motivation.
Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.
Job Requirements
At least 5 years in a senior management role, preferably in hospitality and attraction industry.
Proven experience in a managerial role within the entertainment, recreation, or hospitality industry
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Exceptional customer service orientation with a genuine passion for creating positive experiences.
Sound business acumen and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work as a team and share best practice with colleagues to achieve the overall aims of Company.
Qualifications Requirements
