The candidate's duties include managing staffing strategies, overseeing the departments and setting goals based on the company's strategic plans.
Responsibilities:
Boost profits and make the company run smoothly.
Guide the Managers and Supervisors in delivering exceptional performance.
Develop and implement staff skills development and career progression.
Develop key performance goals and manage overall staff performance.
Create and implement strategies for business growth.
Managing the recruitment, hiring and training processes.
Ensure departments deliver quality offerings to clients.
Work closely with Account Managers and other senior staff to improve efficiency and performance.
Improve internal processes for better productivity.
Oversee large projects and monitor problem resolution progress.
Manage the budget and monitor the financial health of the company.
Conduct employee onboarding and work with HR to organize training & development initiatives.
Handle employee disciplinary issues in a professional and unbiased manner.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years' working experience in project deployment and SLA related roles.
Knowledge of service level agreement drafting and negotiation.
Proficient in MS Office.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Strong ethics and reliability.
Basic degree in business administration, social studies or relevant field.
