Collaborate closely with the finance, legal, and corporate communications teams to ensure alignment in messaging and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Gather and analyze feedback from investors and analysts to inform company strategy and communication efforts.
Organize and lead shareholder meetings and roadshows, ensuring that the company appropriately addresses investor concerns and interests.
Stay updated on global financial markets and investor sentiment to adapt investor relations strategies accordingly.
Requirements Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or CFA designation is preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communications, preferably within a publicly traded company.
Proven track record of managing investor relationships and excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
Experience in presenting to senior management and external stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.
