General Manager, Risk, Audit & Integrity (Rai)

Job Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Risk, Audit, and Integrity (RAI) department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework that identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks at all levels of the organization.
Oversee the internal audit function, ensuring audits are conducted professionally and effectively, with a focus on improving internal controls and compliance.
Lead integrity assessments, investigations, and compliance reviews to uphold the highest ethical standards within the organization.
Prepare and present regular reports on risk management, audit findings, and integrity matters to senior management and the board of directors.
Foster a risk-aware culture throughout the organization, promoting best practices in risk management and audit processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to risk and audit practices.
Stay abreast of regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices impacting risk management, audit, and integrity.
Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively, ensuring efficient operation and achieving strategic objectives.
Mentor and develop RAI team members, fostering professional growth and enhancing team capabilities.
Requirements Job Requirements: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certification is highly advantageous.
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in risk management, audit, or compliance roles, with significant experience in a leadership or managerial position.
Strong knowledge of risk management principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects effectively.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders, providing insights and guidance.
Strong leadership qualities with a focus on developing and nurturing talent within the team.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
