General Manager to the Executive Chairman's officeThe Special Officer to the Director will provide comprehensive support to the Director, who is also the owner of a diversified group of companies. This role involves managing the Director's schedule, coordinating with various departments, and handling confidential information. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of both the property development (compulsory) and healthcare (added advantage) industries, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on future expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Project Management:Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives across the property development and healthcare sectors. Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
Research and Analysis:Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape in both property development and healthcare. Provide insights and recommendations to the Director.
Confidentiality:Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Liaison:Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with the Director's directives and company goals.
Event Coordination:Organize and manage events, meetings, and conferences attended by the Director.
Strategic Planning:Support the Director in strategic planning and decision-making processes, particularly with a view towards future expansion.
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance and Accountings, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role or with similar responsibilities, preferably within the property development and/or healthcare industries.
Skills:Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
